About the role:
Qapital is looking for a Customer Success Agent to join our team in NYC. In this role, you will:
Answer general customer inquiries regarding Qapital via email, live chat and phone.
Develop and maintain Qapital FAQs and training materials.
Handle customer’s requests via Qapital’s backend systems .
We are looking for someone who takes pride in helping people, is excited to solve complex issues, but also comfortable with many simple one off service interactions.
This person will be the main source of help for customer’s navigating their way through our product as they seek financial well being, so being able to de-escalate stressful situations is a big plus.
Furthermore, you have:
Experience in customer service roles in B2C startups.
Experience using ZenDesk is a plus.
Financial services experience is a plus.
An independently motivated mindset and are articulate, a quick learner, a problem solver, and comfortable working in a startup environment.
