About the role:
We are seeking for a product consultant to join the Strategic Account Management Team to oversee client facing work with our insight creation tool, the Engagement Builder. The tool is a vital component of the Personetics platform – enabling clients to develop their own differentiated experiences in an agile manner and modif y turnkey experiences in house.
Primary responsibility is to promote usage of Personetics Engagement Builder tool among Personetics’ financial institution clients.
Showcase the tool to clients and prospects during technical sales discussions
Deliver Technical Training to clients, enabling them to operate the tool independently
Support clients in translating business requirements into logic based insights
Escalate strategic business requirements to Product team to improve product effectiveness
Collaborate with Product Marketing and Technical Sales to develop relevant guidance and sales materials on the tool
3+ years in client facing role with International audience
Excellent communicator (strong English is a must)
2+ years in a technical product role
Familiarity with data systems, IT infrastructure, and
Training / teaching experience – nice to have
Proactive problem solver, equally comfortable discussing high level strategy and detailed features
