About the role:
The position includes direct contact with international clients, guiding clients on the platform, monitoring system health and investigating system/configuration issues. Also, interfacing with various internal departments of the company, making sure all relevant parties are up to date on developing issues and creating knowledge base documentation.
* Technical background/orientation.
* Familiarity with operation systems and networking.
* Ability to conduct focused and efficient troubleshooting and analyze logs.
*Advanced level English in both written and spoken communication skills when dealing with customers and 3rd parties.
*Positive and patient approach to customer service.
*Five shifts per week at various times including a rotating night shift.
*Fast learner, independent and highly motivated team player.
*Forex trading knowledge/experience -an advantage.
*Knowledge and experience with FIX Protocol, Linux and SQL- an advantage.
