Nir is the Founding Partner of Equitech. He is a FinTech Innovation Strategist and Transformation Advisor with extensive experience in international business development, combining both financial and legal knowledge in order to lead the implementation of FinTech solutions in Global Financial Institutions. Nir is an eager leader of the Israeli FinTech ecosystem, driving its growth by hosting and lecturing in professional conferences.
Tal Sharon
Tal is the Managing Partner of Equitech. He is a consultant and an entrepreneur specializing in business development at various stages in high-tech companies. Previously, he worked as a Senior Accountant for Ernst & Young High in the Tech Assurance Department and in Glusman & Co’s Commercial Law Department. For the past few years, Tal has been advising start-up projects in different financial aspects. Tal holds an LLB and a BA in Business Administration
