About the role:
BondIT is looking for senior QA Automation Engineer to be part of our R&D group.
Job responsibilities :
- Build and deploy Python-based robust test automation frameworks and automated test solutions that integrate with Selenium and other networked components
- Develop automated tests on microservices using built-in Python libraries and other testing tools
- Work closely with cross functional teams from different groups to deliver quality assurance at speed
- Track issues to successful resolution
Required Experience:
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
5+ years of experience writing test automation
- Experience with OO languages required and demonstrated experience writing quality code; experience writing - Python-based frameworks for test automation (Pytest, Robot Framework, etc.) is an advantage
- Experience with UI automation frameworks preferably Selenium.
- Experience in testing cross browser compatibility and layout issues
- Experience with web services and API testing; experience testing microservices is a plus
- Ability to understand and create clear, concise detail-oriented test plans/cases from product requirements
- Working knowledge of CI/CD and cloud deployment and testing are pluses
- Familiarity with test case and issue tracking systems (e.g: Jira) and source control systems (e.g: Git)
- Working knowledge of Docker is an advantage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to express complex ideas, designs and issues to both technical and non-technical staff
- Able to cope with and thrive in fast paced, dynamic work environment with evolving project requirements
